Homeowner Options for Massachusetts Elders (HOME)
Provides comprehensive, in-home counseling to elder homeowners on their housing, financial, and resource options-helping them to pursue these options through HOME’s network of housing and elder service agencies, community lenders, attorneys, and other personally service-oriented professionals.

Housing Solutions Center
AARP Foundation’s Housing Solutions Center connects 50+ at-risk homeowners to free HUD-certified counseling, resources and education that will help them avoid foreclosure and remain in their homes.

Mass Home Care
A state-funded program of support services to help Massachusetts seniors live independently in their own homes. The program also offers respite services to caregivers.

A non-profit organization dedicated to professionally operated assisted living residences in Massachusetts that provide housing and services for individuals with varied needs and income levels; maintains a directory of assisted living communities.

Massachusetts Skilled Nursing Home Facilities
Offers a directory of over 400 certified Medicare and Medicaid nursing homes, with a total of 47,862 available beds for skilled nursing residents (with an estimated 88% of beds full). The overall average Medicare 5 Star Quality rating for Massachusetts skilled nursing homes is 3.5 which ranks 12 nationally.
